Series of Events:
Joe and Frank were trapped in a burining building trying to download files onto a CD from a computer harddrive.
Escaped burning building, got assignment from ATAC, rode motorcyles into the desert. 
Ditched motorbikes, found Arthur Stench's compound called "Heaven".
The boys met Arthur Stench, then went to sleep in the camp tents.
This is where the boys joined Arthur Stench's compound as under cover spies, temporarily.
When they woke up their tent was on fire,
they came out of their tent and saw that the Townies destroy the tent camp.
Stench held meeting about oil companies to avenge the Townies for destroying the camp.
Stench and his follwers went to the town and tryed to destroy a car lot. Stench felt that the cars represented
the oil companies that are destroying the enviorment. Joe and Frank then tried to stop Stench from
blowing up the car lot. Mondo the bodyguard stopped them.
Later the boys broke into a room where Arthur Stench's computer was.
